Apply for a permit for multiple dogs

Step 1.Prepare a diagram of the area to be used by the dogs

Prepare a diagram showing:

• the area the dogs will be kept
• any kennels or runs the dogs will be kept in
• where the area and any kennels or runs are in relation to neighbouring properties.

Step 2.Seek permission from the property owner

If you are not the property owner, you will need signed written permission from the property owner.

This will be uploaded at the time of submitting the online permit application form, or attached to your application form if applying in person or by mail.

Step 2.Complete the application form

With your application, you'll need to provide:

• registration details for each dog
• a diagram of the area where the dogs will be kept
• signed written permission from the property owner, if applicable

Step 4.Pay the application fee

Pay with cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa. Please note we do not accept Diners Club and American Express.
