If you want to remove trees or other plants (vegetation) from a footpath or a nature strip near your property you may need a permit from Nillumbik Shire Council.
If you don't have a permit, you may get a fine.
You don't need a permit to mow or maintain a nature strip if it has vegetation not native to Australia.
