A photo of a small burgundy textile work that resembles lichen

Lichenform is a textile-based exhibition inspired by the quiet resilience of fungi, lichen, and native ecologies. Through freehand embroidery and appliqué, stitched forms echo the slow rhythms of growth, decay and renewal. Responding to the textures of the local landscape, each piece invites stillness and close attention - a gentle mediation on nature's patterns and the ground act of making in a fast moving world.
