If you have noticed a maintenance issue or damage to a Council-owned building or facility, you can report it to us online.

Report an urgent issue

If you need to report a building-related matter that requires an immediate response (eg water damage due to rain), please call us:

  • During business hours - Customer Service on 03 9433 3111
  • Outside business hours - Emergency After Hours Service on 03 9433 3334

Report a non-urgent issue

Follow the process below to report non-urgent requests such as:

  • Broken or damaged windows
  • Damaged doors, door handles
  • Damage to Council fences or gates
  • Vandalised door locks
  • Plumbing of public toilets
  • Leaking roofs or ceilings

What happens next?

Our Maintenance Team will assess the risk and safety of the facility. Once the assessment has been completed, the team will rectify the issue and monitor for further issues.
