Gender Equality Action Plan 2022-25

Every Victorian council must prepare a Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) for 2022-25 to demonstrate the ways they will strive to achieve gender equality within their organisation.

The actions identified in a GEAP are driven by data collected through staff surveys and workshops.
