If you have recently built a property on a previously vacant block, you will need to order a new bin service.
The fee for a new standard bin service is $266. This amount is correct as of 1 July 2025.
You will need to provide a copy of your Occupancy Certificate. If you do not have one, you will need to contact your builder or building surveyor.
Order a new bin service
A member of our Customer Service team will call you to process the payment for your new bin service.
Once the payment has been processed, your new bins will be delivered within three business days.
