Aged care services help people to stay well while living independently at home for as long as possible.

Council's Aged Care Navigation and Advocacy Service is for individuals, families, carers, neighbours and residents who would like to get information and support about how to access aged care services.

We can help provide you with:

  • Information about government subsidised aged care supports and services
  • Support to access services
  • Advocacy and links to services.
