Andrew Park

New equipment designed for older people to use and enjoy has been installed at Andrew Pocket Park. Trained community volunteers are available weekly to show residents how to use the equipment which is designed to help improve:

  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Functional movement
  • Joint range of motion
  • Mobility
