Before you apply, you'll need to create an account for eservices. Most registrations are approved within one business day. You'll only need to register once to submit, track and amend your application.
Register for eservices
Select the option that best describes your proposal. You can still include multiple permit triggers for buildings, works, uses, vegetation removal, or car parking waivers where relevant.
Other types of planning applications and requests include miscellaneous consent, amend an application or request to extend the permit time period.
When we receive your application it will be assigned to one of our planners, who will begin the assessment process.
