Pathways for Carers

pathways for carers.png

Are you the carer of a disabled or elderly person in Nillumbik? Connect with other carers on a walk through the park, enjoy complimentary morning tea and hear from our guest speaker.

Take some time out and enjoy a walk and talk with other local carers.

Enjoy a short easy walk, chat with other carers and hear from a different guest speaker each month.

A new 'Pathways for Carers' group will meet in Eltham on the first Wednesday of each month, starting on Wednesday 2 March.

Morning teas are provided with the support of Interchange Outer East, and the program is also supported by Nillumbik Shire Council, Merri Health Carer Services and local carer peer support group The Carers Collective.

Attendees must have proof of COVID-19 double vaccination or medical exemption.

You are welcome to register or RSVP for catering purposes, or just feel free to come along on the day.
